I am an account holder of your bank & using Bank Freedom application. When I was trying to transfer Rs.700.00 using mobile banking application via IMPS service the same amount got debited but yet not credited. Details of the transaction provided below and the message received for this transaction is "Your fund transfer for Rs. 700.00 on 10-02-2016 is timed out. Please check with your bank(IMPS reference no. 604114799043)."

Dear Shivaram,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If the transaction has been timed out and still your account got debited, there is no need to worry. Your bank will reconcile the IMPS transactions and if your claim is found valid, the amount will be re-credited to your account. Please wait for a a few days for this to happen. If not, you can write to customer service department of the bank. Contact details in this regard can be found on the bank's website.
