Complaint - Credit Card?

My new upgraded credit card was returned despite my mother available at house. The PIN has been delivered to my mother at my registered address where as Card was returned undelivered. Your representative came to my office at now Chembur got my signature on upgrading of card application which has not been recd by your credit card team as advised.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Considering sensitivity of Credit Card most issuers make delivery person specific and not address specific. This could be the reason for not delivering the card mailer to your mother. You must be aware that courier boys are not given discretion to deliver based on his judgement of ground situation. The courier must have left a slip  'sorry we missed you' at your home to facilitate for contacting them and fixing suitable time for revisit for delivery. 

Now you may contact your bank/branch to get the card.
