Credit card billing cycle changed without any request?

My card number # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX5006, i have registered a complaint regarding billing cycle was changed without any request from my end. Because of this my credit card loan two month emi coupled with one month bill and also late fee penalties are included without any deviation from my side. I have raised complaint last week and the complain number is SR 400662189. After three to four attempts i have got reversal only on late fee charges, but there is no reversal of additional amount EMI till now. As per my existing billing cycle due day 15th of Month. i have paid on my due amount 4500 by today. Kindly do the reversal of additional amount
