I have an online facility in above branch. I sent an amount Rs.25000/- on 13-02-2016 through IMPS. But, not credit in benifisiry account up-today. I sent secound time 15-02-2016 NEFT for Rs.1000/- and Rs.250/- on IMPS. those are also not gent in the same account. That benifisary is XXXXXXXXXXX0291. I had intimate to bank Gudvada branch, but, no response. MY BANK AC.NO.XXXXXXXXXX2226

Dear Prasad,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The fact that the beneficiary accounts in respect of both IMPS and NEFT transactions have not been credited is indicative of mismatch in account number. It may be noted that even if there is a mismatch in account name and account number, banks follow the norm of going by account number.

In the instances quoted in your complaint, on failure of the transactions the amounts ought to have been credited to your (remitter's) account. There may be a delay as before crediting the amounts banks follow certain internal reconciliaiton processes.

If you have still not received the refunds of failed transactions, write to Nodal Officer of the bank quoting your account number, details of debit transactions and claim of beneficiary regarding non receipt of credits. The NO would arrange to have the matter looked into and provide satisfactory response.
