Card Protection Plan cancellation?

Dear Team This S Prakash From chennai and am holding an saving bank account in Bank At Nungambakkam Branch Without my knowledge CPP policy is activated. I told to cancel the CPP policy and refund the money from Feb 1. Till now they didn't take any action about the CPP policy... without any information they have detected the amount.. I have called they for debit card PIN activation only not for this plan. Still now have called eight times to cancel put they keep on postponed... seriouly it like a crime pls help me to get my funds reversal and do the needful

Please get in touch either with your relationship officer of the branch manager for the reversal.  If required, may give a written request for cancellation of the plan and refund.  The bank should be acceding to your request and if not, may complain to their Nodal Officer.  You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on your bank's website. In case you do not get desired response, please do not hesitate to write to BO. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
