Hello, I am using credit card from the last 2-3 year but this time in my last month statement January 2016 they added Rs 2862 as a membership renewal fee. While offering this card to me no one told about his hidden charges. As I already do follow up this customer representative but they are not agree for reverse this amount. Before this card I am having the same card but for that they are charging 400-500 Rs yearly that is nominal but this time I am shocked, due to expiry of my last credit card in Jan 2015 they offer/issue me this card on Jan 2015. Its very bad experience this time.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please get in touch with the card issuing bank to know the reasons for such high membership renewal fee.  You might have been given with the highest category of card with ample benefits and rewards.  However, you need to check it from the bank.  Post clarification from them, may take a call, whether to continue with the same or get it cancelled and seek reversal of the renewal fee.  You can also mail your concern to the Nodal Officer of the bank for a quick response.
