Dear sir/madam I rama krishna bemani account holder of your bank since 4 yrs, under classic program, branch ramachandra puram, ashok nagar, went to the hydernagar branch to deposit cash in my own account teller mr raj, , do not have the ability to recognize the difference between the accounts, treats a classic account holder the same as regular ac holder, where the other customers pass by between and does there transaction, where we stand in line get ignored, pls take out that first come first serve basis, which did not happen to me, raj the teller argued to me as claiming my classic account as a max account which placed me in a embarrassing situation, and challenging, my account is wrong, the other personal bankers except one with pink shirts(sorry do not remember the name) others claim raj is write
i hope bm should take responsibility to update their staff otherwise banking will be a joke for the future customers this is the third time i went through this situation I dont mind closing my account rather than going through the bad situation put my self insulted, where employees do not know what they are doing

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Such behavioral issues with the staff member/s, should be immediately brought to the notice of the branch manager.  The problems could be sorted out then and there itself.  Even after that, if there is no improvement, may email your grievance to the Nodal Officer of the bank, whose coordinates would be available on their website.  In the absence of response from Nodal Office, may further write to the Banking Ombudsman, by visiting their website, https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in.
