Sir, This is my credit card number XXXXXXXXXXX6575. Last Nov-2015 i applied one Electronic products based on my redeemed points(9500). still i didnt get that gift. From customer care also no response. for that i meet head office (thiruvanmiyur, chennai) branch, but they saying to call customer care. i dont know when i get that...

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Redeemed articles/gifts reach the customer, generally within a week.  You are mentioning Nov 2015 as the redeemed period.  If you are still not in receipt of the gift, do email a complaint to the Nodal Officer of the bank, whose contact details would be available on their website.  If he too is not responding, should further register your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman.  BO's website is https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in.
