Your bank ulundurpet ATM dispensed a fake 500rs on dec 27th 2015. I raised the issue with bank villupuram branch and sent them the fake 500rs via speed post (Ref no: ET061460840IN). They told they will credit my other bank acct. But now they are delaying the payment giving petty reasons such as cashier on leave, speed post not received etc. I called them multiple times but no use. Can some one help me ?

Dear Manoj

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It would be better, if you visit the home branch once and handover a written request, which would put them under pressure to act without further delay.
