I made payment ot amazon through internet banking online on 01.01.2016 & i received a message from amazon seller as "Payment Unsuccessful", *I surprised to know that i got deducted the amount of Rs 1014.00* from my account and *till date it is not refunded*.I asked amazon customer care through telephone regarding this issue, they said me to contact my bank branch, On 11/01/2016, I visited my bank branch in person and lodged a complaint on this issue also Later i lodged the complaints to the concerned customer care department, they said me to wait for 3 days, already more than 2 weeks are over, I did not get any refund from the bank.Customer care department which i contacted are as under:

This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If the home branch is not responding, you may email to the Nodal Officer of the Bank, detailing your grievance.  You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on your bank's website. In case you do not get desired response, you may further escalate / write to BO. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
