I had booed a irctc ticket through my bank account, but my 1583 money debited from my account, but still then i have not received my money, i hav complained in my branch, but after that i am hopeless.the service is very bad service on the date of 12feb money has debited but still then..i hav not received my money, the staff service is poor..i want to deactivate my account...

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Your account is debited towards the cost of the ticket you bought from IRCTC.  Then, why are you asking the bank to refund the amount?  Is it that the ticket was not booked or was cancelled?  Your mail is confusing and not conveying the issue properly.  If train ticket is bought, your account would certainly get debited.  Isn't it?  If the status is otherwise, may please communicate correctly, so that appropriate advise / suggestion can be given.
