No Customer Assistance After Arm Got Stuck in ATM Machine?

I have been using your bank account for 2 years. On 1st March, 2016 I went to bank atm near metro heart hospital at sector 12 Noida. while I was making my transaction, there was some technical default and my card got stuck. On asking the guard he told that it will be returned to the bank the next day. when I went next day, the bank assistance told me to either lodge a complaint for lost atm else it will be received next week. I am out of the country next week. When I told him and asked him what should I do. Den, he told me they'll break d card and throw it if nobody comes. After being a customer for 2 years, I deserve some decency and moreover, some solution for my problem. This is what your bank sector 12 should learn.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The response from the bank is just not acceptable.  Please immediately get in touch with the Branch Head / Manager and seek his assistance in getting back your card, while briefing him about the behavior of his officer.  If he too is not helping out, do check the grievance escalation matrix at the branch, pickup the phone and speak to his superior / Nodal Officer of the bank.  You should not be tolerating such unruly response from a bank official.
