ATM transaction failure issue?

Last month I had a transaction from your bank ATM using my bank ATM card. I had swiped my card 2 times over there as because the first transaction was failed after requesting for money from ATM and then I had swiped my card again to withdraw the money from the ATM machine. The second transaction was successful but I got 2 transactional messages and charged 2 times though my first transaction was unsuccessful. After this, I filled an online complaint to bank support team but till today, I did not get any reply or the money from them. I had also submitted a physical form as well to my home branch. Please do something as the transactional amount was big one. My failed transactional date : 23rd February 2016 11.00 am

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As per the procedure, you are required to take up the issue with your home branch / bank, who in turn would check out with the acquiring bank regarding the disputed transaction for reversal.  The process would entail some time and you need to wait and await a revert from your home branch/bank.
