Please provide as much information as possible...
One of the branch employees of NFC met me and asked me to apply for credit card from their branch
I agreed on same and very next day he asked me for documents..
I submitted all my documents to them. They asked me to wait for the verification call...
I waited for more then one month ...
After that I he status update...
he never received my call..
when I called in branch I got to know that still one more document is left which they never asked me earlier 
and I have to submit it and wait for another 15 days for card process...
I was very exited as this was my first credit card...
I work for Audi automobile we are having a corporate salaried account of 165 members form bank..
thinking about the same I applied credit card as I have my salaried account with them...
exitement changed into dissatisfaction...
worst experience ever...
Now i will definitely ask my Hr to discontinued all accounts going on with ur bank...
Fake employees they don't care about customers...
They forgot that bank is bcoz of their customers. ..

Hi Raju,

It seems it is a case of service deficiency. Please lodge your complaint with Indusind Bank through email with all the details marking a copy to your HR department for their information.

Dear Sir,

First of all, let me make it clear that this website does not belong to any Bank. A
group of Banking Professionals are attempting to resolve the queries raised by the
Bank customers in respect of financial services.

As regards your complaint, it would be pertinent to mention that every credit card
application does not get approved. The approval is based on your past track record,
CIBIL score, salary income etc.

Your complaint is about process flaw or lapses while taking documents from you for
processing credit card application. Whenever you are handing over self-attested
identity documents for any purpose, do write the purpose on the xerox copy of the
document so that is is not mis-used for any other purpose.

In future, please get the mail ids of the bank officials who are dealing with you.
Always send your queries over mail or in writing to create a record of delay. Here,
if you have submitted the additional document asked for by the Bank you can write to
the nodal officer of the Bank complaining the delay in processing your credit card
application. The details of nodal officer is available on the Bank's website.

Since you are a salaried employee of a reputed corporate, you can approach through
your HR as well. Please go through the salary offer letter issued by the Bank before
getting the account opening mandate.

However, please note that approval of the credit card application rests with the
Bank. You can always ask for the reason for rejection, if it gets rejected.
