Amount not received from atm at dindoshi?

I have tried to withdraw 10000 at your bank ATM near Dindoshi Shagun mall on 5th March 2016 between 20:10 pm to 20:20 pm twice for amount of 10, 000. Both the times got network issue with message transaction timed out, didn't got any printed receipt. Later on got 2 messages saying 10, 000 wothdtawn from atm twice whereas i have not received any cash. Please look into this matter on priority. My account shows 20, 000 less which i have not received.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Since the amount is high, it is suggested that you should immediately visit your home branch and handover a written complaint regarding the non-receipt of the amount towards the two cash withdrawal transactions from the ATM, under acknowledgement.  Branch would investigate, whether the amount got dispensed or not, if dispensed who took it away (probable activity of fraudsters) etc and revert to you with facts.  Based on the bank's revert, you may take it up further, if necessary.
