Sir, While depositing KYC form, I've submitted my mobile no. and email id. But it's not updated, as it's now mentioned while registering for internet banking. My account is in Puri branch, Odisha and I'm out of Puri, but transaction is urgent. So is there any email contact, I can mail you details to update ?

Dear Abha

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The mobile number and email IDs can not be updated on the strength of email, in view of security concerns.  However, since the request was made in person, while submitting fresh KYC documents, the bank should have updated the new email ID and mobile number.  Please walk into any nearby branch of your bank and handover a written request for the same.  I understand that it is repetitive, but at times, becomes unavoidable.  Otherwise, speak to your home branch manager and ask him to dig out your original request (given at the time of submission of KYC) and update the data on priority.
