Late SMS Issue?

I have salary savings account in  bank, since long time we have notice that the SMS service the bank has provide is not in proper manners. As on 11/03/2016, my salary credited in my account. Since on that date to 14/03/2016 i have not get the message on my register mobile. this is not first time i have suffered for the issue. My all colleagues are having the same issue.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It is certainly deficiency of service from the bank.  Please write to the Nodal Officer of the bank, who is required to look into such grievances, affecting the customers at large.  The email ID / contact details of the Nodal Office would be available on the website of the bank.  I hope, the bank would take cognizance of the deficiency and ensure quick resolution of the SMS / mobile alerts problem.  However, do ensure that your mobile is registered for the services and that your other colleagues too are genuinely facing the problem.
