Regarding delivery of my atm pin?

Dear sir / madam I would like to draw your kind attention that I havr applied for replacing my atm pin at the bank of baroda, ratu branchi, ratu chatti, ranchi, 835222 but did not recieved yet, the bank officails said that it will delivered within 15 days.it became almost 2 months, but didnot recieved yet the pin of atm.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It is sad that your bank has been insensitive to your  inconvenience. I suggest you to immediately write to the bank's Nodal Officer for resolution of your complaint. If you don't get any or satisfactory response within one week, you may escalate  the matter to the Banking Ombudsman for resolution. While writing to the BO, please provide complete details and also enclose the communications exchanged with the bank.

Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
