Dear Sir

I made online payment for tirumala tirupati devasthanams 
of 900 through my Debit card  my transaction was failed with error  "Reasons:  Sorry! 
we are unable to process your transaction please contact us at  for any queries".  
but the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.
so what should i do now? please reply me at my email metioned below.

Hi Savita,

This happens sometimes due to server problem (i.e. your account has been debited but still error message was received). To ensure that the transaction was successful, forward soft copy of your statement showing the debit entry along with the error message, which you have mentioned in your mail, to SBI and request them to certify that the amount has been credited to the account of tirumala tirupati devasthanams. If the payee account (tirumala tirupati devasthanams) is with SBI, it can be verified quickly by the Bank. If this account is with another Bank, SBI has to make necessary inquiry with the payee Bank.
