Savings account kit?

I was opened a savings account but till date cheque book and atm not delivered to my residential address. They are not found my house. Whereus my passport, savings and credit card related documents, lic, documents received at my residential address. 
Please look into the matter.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Since you have not mentioned the date of opening of the account, it is not in order in accusing the bank of not sending the welcome kit.  It may be in transit too.  Wait for couple of more days and if still not in receipt of the cheque book / atm card etc., should approach the branch officials / manager regarding the non-receipt.  Possibility is that, the welcome kit may also be lying with the branch.  Hence, do speak to the home branch.
