Amount not credited after the failure transition?

Sir I try to book a railway ticket on 9 march by using net banking But the tickets are not booked.they amount will be credited with in 5-7 working days but its not credited. Kindly look into this matter

Please get in touch with your home branch and handover a written complaint.  Also, would like to inform that if the online booking was through a credit card, please note that the refund / reversal would happen in your card statement and not into your savings account.  Nevertheless, the home branch of your bank would clarify the status of the online transaction done.
