Regarding balance deduction from atm but not received cash.?

Respected recipient,  I have withdrawn an amount of 6000/- but did not receive any cash but got deducted an amount of 6000/- from my bank account immediately. having account in " Bhilwara".
Kindly solve my query asap.

Hi Rahul Bhatty,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards the failed ATM transaction, if you have not recorded the same in the complaint register maintained at the ATM or informed the security guard ( if there was one) at the ATM, I would suggest you to write to Customer Service Department of the Bank immediately. Contact details and procedures in this regard should  be available on the bank's website.

There is no need to be anxious in the meanwhile as the bank may credit the amount to your account if your claim is found to be valid after due verification and reconciliation of the transactions in the particular ATM . There can be a time lag which is normal.

In case the amount is not credited and there is no response from customer service team  you can write to Nodal Officer of the bank. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
