Credit card representative?

I have applied for an add on credit card on my father's name..but wrongly embossed on my grandfather's name. Card no. ends with 1972...and also cannot activate due to wrong information updated in ur system...Came to know after confirming with ur call center representatives.After complaining online. I met to your credit card representative Miss savita in mulund (west )branch who have provided me with add-on credit card. to whom iv informed regarding incident happened. 
And I have also provided all the necessary document to miss savita bank mulund (west).
I'm trying to approach to your credit card representative since 4 weeks but no response shown or information provided regarding my add on credit card. And every time I had to approach to miss savita. And every time she says I'll call you back regarding the same..but no response. This is very much annoying and im disappointed with service rendered. Kindly look into the matter and hope for positive response soon as possible.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I suggest that, get the wrong add-on card cancelled and apply afresh for correct add-on card for your father.  This process would be much faster than getting the wrongly made add-on card rectified.
