I have an problem... My card is blocked. It seems unauthorised transection while using it.
I have tried more then 100 times to contact Bank ATM help desk no. But there is no one picked my call, and I didn't get response once out of them. I did not aspect that bank has giving that type of poor services while knowing best position bank, and very initiative bank in India. I am really very unhappy with the services of your bank.

Dear Vivek,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I suggest you to visit your home branch and submit a written application for unblocking your card. On submission of the request bank will advise you the formalities if any to be completed for unblocking and returning your card or issue a new card which you will have to comply with.

In case you do not get the desired response from the branch you may write to Nodal Officer of the bank narrating your complaint. I am sure you will get redressal. Contact details of Nodal Officer are generally displayed on notice board at the branch. Alternatively, you can find the details by visiting the bank's website.
