Hi Bhagvati,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It is not clear whether you have received internet banking passwords (login and transaction) after submission of application for internet banking facility. Mere submission of application is not sufficient. I am sure your bank will process your application and advise internet banking password and guidelines for using internet banking facility shortly. If there has been undue delay, it would be appropriate for you follow up or even making a visit your home branch to get the matter expedited.
