Cancel Credit card please?

Sir,  We hereby inform you that i am credit card holder having ac no We already mail & fax to cancell our cedit card so many times but they ignored that matter & didn't even replied at once. We request you to pl do the needfull & oblidge in this matter Thanks & regards  Sittu Singh

Hi Sittu,

Please write an application in duplicate mentioning details of the card to be cancelled. Submit the same at the nearest branch along with the Credit card and obtain the acknowledgement in the duplicate. If in after 7 days you do not receive any reply, please take up the matter with the controlling office of HDFC Bank.
