Cash deducted from account but not received money from atm?

Sir I dipesh kumar solanki having an a/c in the meghnagar.  When i tried to withdraw rs 1000 from my a/c on 30th march around 08.30 pm from the atm meghnagar at the time atm machine did not respond. So that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .But when i checked the balance from the quick after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c. So i am requesting you to take necessary action

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please do handover a written complaint to your home branch manager with full details.  The bank is under obligation to check their records and revert to you with clarification, if it was a successful transaction and if not, would credit the amount to your account.  Such ATM cash withdrawal transactions, where the cash supposedly is not dispensed but account got debited, should be immediately brought to the notice of the home branch officials.  Do ensure the same.
