Credit card executive?

Question

I have applied for a credit card.have given all the documents in feb to an executive named rahul but he never replied back n never bothered to inform after that...i called him n texted him ann number of times but he put my number in blacklist n when i tried to contact him through another number he disconnected the call. I do not want any service from bank now. I want an immediate action against him

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If you still want that executive Rahul should be reprimanded by the bank, do write to the Nodal Officer, whose details would be available on their website.
