bank not helping senior citizens and they made us multiple visit for no reason and issues not resolved yet?

I am ramani.M. Senior citizen. For my atm related issue and cash with drawl related issue i went to my local branch (New washermanpet, chennai). They treating the customer in very bad manner, multiple time visited the bank no solution, lot of confusion and they denying the customer etc...Very uncomfortable banking experience before i close this account i want to escalate this issue...Pls contact me for more explanation.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The bank officials deplorable response to your issues is not at all acceptable.  Please email your grievance forthwith to the Nodal and Principal Nodal Officers of the Bank, whose contact details would be available on Bank's website.  I am confident that they would ensure resolution of your problems by home branch.  Please take it up accordingly.
