Sovereign gold bond january 2016?

I kshama mohite has issued the gold bond on 22/1/16 .i have yet not received the certificate of it. 
The local bank branch asked for an email id but i dont have one . So i didnt provide it. Please check for the same and provide me the certificate as soon as possible.
