Internet Banking transaction issue?

I had used Internet Banking facility to recharge my Prepaid mobile with Rs. 88/- STV on 20 April, 2016. The money had been deducted from my account  then and there and the transaction was shown successful. But till now, after 72 hours of the said transaction, neither my Mobile has been recharged, nor the money has been refunded. I feel cheated by your bank

Please get in touch with your home branch officials / manager and seek their assistance.  If required, you should be giving the same in writing for a quick action from the bank.
