I have given all companies and others documents to bank, rajpur road Dehradun for opening a current account on 5 april 2016, they said to us it will open within 7 days and all document will send to your address but till 25 april our company account are not opened to bank not getting any response from bank side, so please tell us it will open or not otherwise we will go to other bank for open current company account to other banks, worst services of dehradun Company Name- Code Bridge Enterprises pvt ltd

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It is suggested to meet the branch manager / head directly in person to understand the unusual delay and apathy.  No bank should be taking 20 days, just to say 'yes' or 'no' for opening an account.  Based on the outcome, you may take a call to approach other banks.
