I would like to put forward a request for cancellation of my policy or like to surrender the same. Under no condition i want to proceed further with Bank. Reason being the insurance officer was a cheat and misguided me with false information.

An auto debit payment option is activated from my salary account towards insurance Policy payment which was never initiated on my request. It was falsely (cheat) done by Officials.

1. Your agents are cheaters.
2. They only misguide general public.
3. Inadequate information was provided while purchasing Life Insurance.
4. They falsely activated services never requested for.
