Updating contact number?

This is bring to your notice that I am an account holder in your bank ... now the problem arise with the contact number which is associated with my account in your bank ... the number which is registered already with my bank account is not working anymore and I want to update my new contact number for avoiding problems ...Please update it as soon as possible..

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Banking Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards changing your contact number the process and and procedure followed by your bank may differ from the procedures in other banks. Hence  I suggest you to approach your home branch  or phone banking department  of your bank to ascertain the procedures to be complied for changing your contact number and act accordingly.
