On 14.05.2016 some ravi which was working in account section of pay-pall of mumbai or consumer complaints forum whose mobile no. Is XXXXX 53665 fraud paid from my card & fund of rs.5000/- was transfer in your company for bill payment at 14.14.46 whose transaction id was s-1306388 ecom pur/vodafone bill/mumbai. This transaction was fraud done by above mobile owner with my debit card as detailed above. Kindly trace to whom no. Bill this was pay. If possible hold the transaction of such mobile payment and inform me so that i was informing the police department for taking necessary action against them. I was already complaining in the supt. Of police indore whose no. Is 329 dated 16.05.2016 as well as customer service of vodafone whose no. Was 1286448.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The issue raised by you is not service related but apparently a fraud. Therefore, I have no comments or suggestions to make.

You have done the right thing by filing a police complaint and also writing to Vodafone. Please follow up with Police to register and FIR and track down the culprit. If you have doubt on anyone in the matter, you must share with the Police for further action as they may deem appropriate.
