Hi Sir/ Madam, 
Bank manager behavior is very rudely towards customer. He dnt know how to talk with everyone. He is using very bad language and threatening me. This is not at all fair to deal with customers with such a worst behavior and careless word. Please its a request take strict action towards him. Many people are closed account in bank Please do need full.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

This site handles only service related issues. Though what you have brought out is behavioral issues I would like to state that there is no justification whatsoever for any branch manager or officials of any bank being rude and behaving in unacceptable manner uncouth with customers. Having gone through what you have, don't allow the matter to rest. Please bring the episode, narrating the same in sequence, to notice of the Nodal Officer of the Bank for appropriate action. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the Bank's website.

Follow up for the action taken. If the Nodal Officer refuses to acknowledge the matter, you can escalate to the Chairman/MD of the Bank through email or by letter.
