Transaction Failed Meanwhile Transferring?

Dear Concern
I have done 3 transactions through your Banking on 2nd July
2016. Where as Money has been deducted from my Bank Ac
and Transaction Failed meanwhile transferring the same .
Transferee amount was 7000 which was not processed into
 So Please Refund the same amount into my Bank as soon as possible .
I am attaching the transaction slips for the same .

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Firstly, I regret the delay in responding your complaint. I trust that your complaint stands resolved to your satisfaction in the meanwhile. That is, the bank has refunded the excess debited amount. If not, I would suggest you to take up with Nodal Officer of the bank providing complete details and seeking a resolution. Please make a mention that if the bank does not resolve the problem you would be compelled to take up the Banking Ombudsman. Contact details of Nodal Officer of your bank can be found on the bank's website. 

If you don't receive desired response from Nodal Officer within 15 days, you may bring the issue to notice of the Banking Ombudsman for resolution.  For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
