Amount debited from account for failed transaction?

I m employee in bank  I was trying to pay examination fees 2736/- for JAIIB through net banking in website. Amount was debited from mybank saving account but Transaction was not suceed. and amount was also not reversed in my saving account. I kept request in our bank's helpdesk but they replied that "This amount is credited to bill desk. please ask customer to contact bill desk." Please Reverse the disputed amount in my account at the earliest. Details are given

Hi Pratibha,

Please lodge your complaint with the Customer Service Cell of Central Bank of India through email It is the duty of your Bank to coordinate with Bill desk. I also suggest to mark copy of this email to the Bill Desk for speedy resolution. If your problem is not resolved within 7 days / do not receive satisfactory reply from your Bank, you may lodge a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman.
