Wrong information provided by the bank staff?

Dear Sir/Madam, 

My father is a account holder bank since 15 yrs. But we never expect that your bank staff provide a wrong information to us. Please look forward in this matter and do the needful. A lady said that" ek dinn mein ek hi transfer hoga and she refuse to accept my neft cheque i also try to concact with branch manager but he also not respond in this issue the said usse baat karo and all. My father issue a cheque of Rs.43, 000 to my mother account both acount in Bank From my mother acount we issue a NEFT/RTGS of Rs.1, 34, 000 but the lady staff refuse the accept the cheque and said " ek dinn mein ek hi fund transfer hoga ap kal karawa lo" According to RBI norms i can made one or more fund transfer but why she refuse. 

Pls do the needful in this matter.

Dear Rajeshri

As rightly stated by you, there is no restriction of transfers / transactions in an account per day. Please report the matter to the branch head not only to ensure that your request for transaction goes through, but also to guide and counsel his new / young staff, who may not be aware of facts.
