Neft transfer through mobile banking.?

I have done NEFT through iob mobile banking on 19th August 2015 ar 1526 and 1529 hrs but the app showed transaction failed but the bank deducted money from my account. They haven't reversed the process yet. I went to the bank on 26th August 2015 they said don't know.

NEFT transfers through mobile are generally foolproof, unless there have been any errors in the beneficiary's account number.  Please note that NEFT transfers are exclusively based on Account Numbers and the beneficiary Bank's correct IFS code.  Hence, please recheck the correctness of the Account numbers and IFS codes.  If the beneficiaries claim non-receipt of amounts so transferred, you need to approach your bank, seeking transmission details of the funds so debited in your account.  The Bank is under obligation to provide you the details of debits in your account, either if they are not initiated by you or if initiated, but the ultimate beneficiary is not in receipt of the same.  Let it be a written complaint to the bank/branch concerned and seek an acknowledgement for a subsequent followup.
