Premium amount deducted from my bank account but not payment did not happened to LIC?

TODAY (24 August-2015 ) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs.17627.20 have received the mail communication from mailer  for the successful payment but the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment. Also when i checked for the Premium paid online certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you. I have also received mail from Eazy2Pay Payment Alert - Life Insurance . 1. You stated that your online payment of Rs.17,627.20 to LIC through IDBI Bank Ezy2pay was successful.

2. IDBI Bank Eazy2Pay Payment Alert : also mailed you regarding successful payment of premium of LIC of India

In the backdrop of your above two statements, I request you to obtain a credit card statement depicting the payment of Rs.17,627.20 to LIC and approach LIC to check their IDBI Bank Eazy2Pay for the related credit and issuing proper receipts.  I assume, most probably due to certain mismatch of policy information, which could be the name of the insured / policy number etc, the amount must be lying in LIC's suspense account.  Please take it up with LIC duly armed with the credit card statement, printout of the alert from IDBI Bank payment gateway.

Hi Jeetu

Please check online credit card statement unbilled transactions or thru call centre whether the amount paid towards LIC policies is debited against your card. If yes then you will have to take up giving details to your SBI branch where you have account. If it is not debited then you may have to pay once again.
