Dear Priyanka

Sincerely regret the delay in answering. We hope that your issue might have been resolved.  We would definitely like to assist you in future for any queries. If your problem still remains unresolved, the solution is as follows.

As per your statement, the machine dispensed Rs.100/- note and I assume, since you did not take it out, the machine would have pulled it back, which is normal.  You have not mentioned the name of the Bank, to which the ATM pertains.  However, notwithstanding to which bank the ATM pertains to, you are required to take it up only with your bank, wherein your account is maintained and debited.  Your bank would take it up with the acquiring bank for refund of the amount.
