Bank is denying credit even on submiting collateral.

Hi Anaya

Providing collateral is not the sole criterion for a Bank to extend credit.  Bank credit, inter alia, primarily would be based on profile / business model / period of existence / necessity / management / managerial team / financials / profitability etc, which if found satisfactory may have to be supported by adequate collateral.
