Salary ac didn't get activated from last one month?

I am Satish Sankeshwari opened my Salary account with  Bank on 8th August but till date it didn't get activated I already 5-6 times contacted that sales executive every time he says that it will take another 10 days our back office people need more time. So help me out from this problem.

Hi Satish,

Definitely you have a valid grievance against the Bank if you have submitted all the documents and your account opening form has been properly filled in. 

Please follow the below steps :-

  1. Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.
  2. If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)
  3. If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)
  4.  If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)

Dear Sir,

First of all, let me convey that website is designed by a group of senior Banking
Professionals to respond to customer queries in respect of financial services. The
website does not belong to any Bank nor to any regulator.

As regards activation of salary account, it is not clear from your mail whether
account is opened or not. If not, please write to the nodal officer - grievances
whose coordinates would be available on Bank's website, giving details of account
opening form delivery date, name of the corporate etc so as to get status of the
account opening.
