Customer care Not resolving issue related to deduction of money?

24*7 customer care of bank is not able to resolve customer issue related to money deduction. They are just sitting idle and giving saame detail which mini statment from any bank use to give. And suggest to visit home branch for issue resoluution. Service of bank sucks.When other bank are resolving issue on phone and online then why not bank can do. Do it give money to customer care just to do timepass. Kindly look into that and provide some resolution

The issue is not clear whether you need details of the deduction or it is felt that the deduction was wrong.  If the customer care is not responding, you may also mail to OBC management seeking details of the deduction, while bringing to their notice regarding the apathy of the customer care officials.  OBC's website would give you the details of escalation matrix for complaints.

As regards deduction from your account towards charges, you may escalate the issue to nodal officer- grievances whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website. In case the matter is not resolved by the nodal officer, you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution of the complaint.
