To refund deposited money?

I have deposited total money amount of Rs.31150 for the recruitment Bank for the post of back office assistance but for more requirement of money I ignore for that job. Your agents  I add only to sleeps of deposited money. I have another also. Plese, find out them and refund my money to me as fast as possible.

Hi Hiralal,

Since you have deposited the money in Axis Bank account, please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website (axis bank website) and search for Grievance redressal button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)

As regards your complain of refund of the money, you have to take up the issue with the Bank or placement agency. This complain is not in respect of deficiency in service by the Bank to its customer.
