Debited my account without pay?

Sir, I am a customer of your Bank .I have create a problem on 4-9-2015 at 12.2 noon.I used my ATM card for debited for money from .Unfortunately I don't have any cash from this ATM. But I see that RS 12000/ is debited from my bank account. The ATM  I used this ATM and see transaction incorrect system operation in slip and I canceled before I leave this ATM but I see that RS 12000/ is debited from my account

Hi Aakash,

If there was a guard at the ATM site, I hope you had told him about cancellation of the transaction.However, now you can lodge your complaint in writing with the branch of your Bank IMMEDIATELY. Demand to see the CCTV footage also. If your complaint is not resolved by your branch within 7 days (your Bank will forward your complaint to SBI and will call back for the debited amount) by your Bank, 

Please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
