Please add more details about your questions as we are unable to assess issues on your Credit Card. Possible issues you may face on the cards are as bellow;

1. Card not Getting Swipe - Reason Damage Card Magenetic Strip

2. Card Decline - Possibly you have Out of Limit or Overdue Payment

3. Card Expired or PIN is Incorrect.
