Branch manager - Not transferring of account to another branch?

I am V.sarada having bank account but it has been three months since i have been transfer to other branch and living there, so i have requested in written form for three times to the branch manager through the local branch to transfer my account to the present place but till today he has not responded to my request . I am suffering alot with this problem as i am a government employ and a lady as i couldnot go to the branch in person as it is located very far away from where i am living now . kindly take any action, please

Hi Sarada,

You have a valid complaint. It may please be noted that through our website we can help you by assisting properly but we can not take up your issue with your Bank.

Since the branch is not responding you, please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
