Deduction of money?

While I was making transition through my atm money didn't came through atm but amount was deducted from my account and I received a deducted message. Guard suggested me to call customer care but it is ingaged since one hour. Kindly do the needful.

Hi Neha,

Have you entered your complaint in the complaint register which is available at the ATM site ? Call the toll free number of your Bank and register the complaint. I suggest you to submit your application in duplicate to your home branch and retain the acknowledgment copy with you. If the home branch is far away / you are in a different city, register your complaint with your home branch through email. If you are not succeeding in your above attempts, please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
